The following special pricing is currently available upon request at the time of free initial consultation:

#1        Married Couples Reciprocal Wills $250.00.  Savings of $50.00.  Service includes  initial consultation for a married couple and preparation of a separate Reciprocal Will for each spouse.   A Reciprocal Will is an estate planning document that can be used by most married couples. Based on the idea that a married couple will likely have the same wishes for their estate, their Wills are created to "mirror" each other so that no matter which spouse dies first, the estate is handled in essentially the same way.  Reciprocal Wills may vary slightly from each other as each spouse may have different ideas about who will inherit specific items.

#2.        Married Couples Reciprocal Wills and  Power of Attorney Package.  $325.  Savings  of $75.00.    This package includes the reciprocal wills in Special #1 and adds a general power of attorney for each individual.  A General Power of Attorney  is an authorization to act on someone else's behalf in a legal or business matter.  If your spouse if unable to act on their own behalf, whether due to illness or simply being out of town, a General Power of Attorney can allow the other spouse to take action for them.

#3.  Married Couples Reciprocal Wills, Power of Attorney and Healthcare Power of Attorney Package.  $400.  Savings of $100.   This package includes everything in Special #2 and adds a Healthcare Power of Attorney for each spouse.  Healthcare Power of Attorneys allow your spouse or other designated individual to act on their behalf in all medical situations, including emergencies when the person is unable to communicate their health care desires to medical professionals.
